Q. What are the aims of the association?
A. Part one:- General Aims
1. To set before members a way of Christian living in which all their activities are unified in the service of God.
2. To provide a method for organizing Youth activities in the parish.
3. To establish fellowship with other parochial groups throughout the Anglican Communion.
4. To take part in the official youth work of the Anglican Church.
5. To take part in the mission of the Church.
B. Part two:- Particular Aims
The general Aims which sum up the purpose of the Association are achieved by encouraging members:-
1. To take their part in the worship of the Church and to study the Christian Faith.
2. To bear witness to their faith in their daily work and to undertake service for the Church and the Community.
3. To develop within the fellowship of the Church their particular gifts and capabilities.
4. To take the initiative in the running of their branch as a preparation for Christian Leadership in all walks of life.

A. 1. White shirt with a blue black tie/blouse worn over a blue black trouser/skirt

Q. What is the badge of the association?
A. The Badge of the Association is a shield with sacred monogram, CHI RHO and the letters AYPA.
Q. What is a manual?
A. It is a document that contains all relevant information pertaining to the association eg membership, forming a new branch, installation of officers etc
Q. What is the constitution?
A. The rules and regulations that govern the administration and existence of the AYPA are found in the constitution of the Association. This constitution was drawn by all members of the association and was first promulgated in 1986.The current constitution we have is the third review of the initial document.
Q. Who is an AYPA member?
A. 1. A member is any baptized person of the Anglican Communion aged 12 and upwards and who has committed him/herself to the aims and principles of the association
2. Must serve a satisfactory probation of at least 6 months to be considered a full member of the association
3. A member must pay all dues and contributions
4. Must attend all meetings, activities and programmes of the association
